🔸 The Iranian army claimed to have shot down an American drone named Bandar Abbas.

The "Tasnim" news agency, which is close to the Revolutionary Guards, on Sunday, November 3, citing the public relations of the Salami Republic Army, reported that an American "Lucas" drone was "damaged" and "destroyed" in the name of Bandar Abbas. The Army of the Republic of Salami claimed that this drone was targeted by the army's air defense systems.

Reuters also reported the downing of this drone citing Tasnim, but so far no independent evidence has been released to support this claim by the Salami Republic Army. The US military, the US Department of Defense and Centcom have yet to confirm this claim.

The Revolutionary Guards and Salami's Republic Army have repeatedly claimed to have shot down American drones in recent months, but have not released independent, verifiable details about it.

The "Lucas" drone is a one-way attack drone family whose main design is based on the reverse engineering of the Iranian "Shahad 136" drone.
