🔶 Turkey: A ground attack on Iran expands the war in the region again.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, on Friday, October 23, after meeting with the foreign ministers of seven countries in Istanbul, once again warned Iran against the consequences of a military ground attack and emphasized that "such an action will not only not help resolve the crisis, but will expand the scope of the war in the Middle East."

According to the Jerusalem Post, the foreign ministers of Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Germany, France, Great Britain and Italy discussed in a joint meeting in Istanbul the developments of the Iran war and its regional consequences.

It was the first joint meeting of the countries known as the Group of Four regional countries, including Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, with three European countries, Germany, France and Britain, as well as Italy.

At the press conference after this meeting, Fidan announced that the participants agree on the risk of spreading the war in the event of another ground attack on Iran. He said: "We all have an agreement according to which a new ground attack on Iran will expand the war in the region."

Turkey's foreign minister added: "Military intervention against Iran is not a solution at all." "Nobody agrees to that right now."
