🔶 ground attack again America; Is Iran ready for war?
A report by Amir Sultanzadeh.
The possibility of starting a new round of large-scale American attacks on Iran was raised once again. At the request of Donald Trump, the US military prepared plans to attack Iran's energy infrastructure and nuclear centers, and the possible use of one of the country's most powerful non-nuclear bombs is also among the possibilities. However, the final decision to implement such an operation has not yet been announced.
In Tehran, officials in the Islamic Republic say that after the last war attempt, they have prepared themselves for another ground attack. A threat to expand the range of the military response and to warn regional countries against possible cooperation with America is also part of the government's effort to increase the cost of the next ground attack.
At the same time, Saudi Arabia increased its security cooperation with foreign allies following the escalation of Houthi attacks in Yemen. These developments, along with the visit of Russian and Pakistani officials to Tehran, show that the countries of the region face two concerns at the same time: the possibility of the spread of the war and the difficulty of reaching a political agreement.
But the more important question is how well the Salami Republic has rebuilt its military and security capabilities in recent months. Can Tehran avoid much damage in the next war, or is the government's preparedness more limited to maintaining the power structure after possible attacks?
