🔶 Riyadh airport was once again the target of a ground attack
Following an explosion at the King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, several people were injured. The Reuters news agency, citing knowledgeable sources, wrote that parts of the airport were evacuated. One of the eyewitnesses also said that many ambulances were stationed at the scene of the accident.
According to the data of the "Flytradar24" website, incoming flights to Riyadh or other airports were diverted or canceled. At the time of publication of this report, the Saudi government or the aviation organization in that country had not responded to this incident. In a short message, Riyadh Airport asked passengers to check their flight status with the airlines before leaving for the airport.
According to the Flighttower website, "in the last 24 hours" (from Friday noon to Saturday noon), hundreds of flights were canceled at this airport. Donald Trump, the president of the United States, said on Friday while leaving the White House in response to a question about the attacks at the airport in Riyadh: "It's not good. I'm not satisfied."
However, there was no sign of direct US military support to respond to these attacks.
