The Negev Human Rights Organization announced the transfer of Muhammad Nadri, a 45-year-old political prisoner sentenced to death, from Evin prison to Kazalhasar prison in Karaj. According to this organization, Nadri was transferred to this prison on Monday, October 5, 2013, without prior notice.

According to the Harana news agency, Branch 23 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran sentenced Mohammad Nadri to death on charges of "espionage".

Muhammad Nadri was arrested by the security forces and transferred in recent months to Evin prison due to increased security pressure, and now his sudden transfer to Qazal al-Hasar prison has increased the fear of the possibility of his imminent execution.

Qazal Hassar Prison in Karaj is the place where the largest number of Iranian political executions have been carried out in recent years.
