The "victims' square in Isafia" case with 16 defendants and 10 death sentences is in a preliminary stage; A case in which no specific charge of murder was brought, but the defendants say that they were pressured and tortured to confess to the murder of two people.

The case known as the "Usafia Casualties Square" with 16 defendants is one of the security cases related to the January 1404 interception. 10 of the defendants were sentenced to death in the preliminary stage, and heavy prison sentences were issued to six other defendants. Most of the accused are young people and businessmen, shop workers on the victim street in Isfaia or their relatives. According to the information available on the case, they were arrested in their homes between Bahman and March 1404 and are now being held in Dastgard and Dulatabad prisons in Isfahan. The hearings in the case began on July 22 in the first branch of the Revolutionary Court in Isfaya.
