The Israel Prisoners of War announced that a member of the Hamas assassination organization, who participated in the ground attack on prisoners in Israel on October 7 and was also the director of a Turkish humanitarian aid organization, was killed on Sunday, October 4 (October 12) in a ground attack by prisoners in the southern Gaza Strip.

According to the Israeli POW, Saqr Nabil Musa al-Qaisi was a member of the "elite force of Hamas" who entered Israeli captivity on October 7, 2023.
