🔶 Trump: Conflict with Iran can be resolved the hard way or the easy way

On Saturday, October 3, US President Donald Trump said that Iran "has effectively given up any plan to develop nuclear weapons"; an issue that was one of the central and frequently stated goals of his administration in the war with Tehran; the war is now in its eighth month.

Donald Trump warned Iran that the conflict between the two countries can be resolved "the hard way or the easy way".

"We have a decision regarding Iran that I will make," Trump told reporters as he left the White House to attend a campaign rally in Vandalia, Ohio.

Trump also claimed that Iran was "crushed hard" as a result of the US military campaign and is effectively abandoning any plan to develop nuclear weapons.

Trump also said that oil prices are now falling; prices that had risen for a long time following Israeli and US attacks on Iran on February 28.
