🔶 The secret meeting of senior Trump administration officials at Camp David on the Iran-Yemen war

The news site Axios reported that senior cabinet members of US President Donald Trump met secretly at Camp David to discuss next steps in the Iran war and the Saudi-Houthi conflict in Yemen.

That news agency, citing informed sources, reported that JD Vance, Vice President of the United States, led this meeting.

Donald Trump said on September 30 (October 8), in response to a question about the possibility of an agreement with the Islamic Republic: "Maybe we'll blow them up."

While stating that the US must decide between a ground attack and an agreement with Tehran, he emphasized: "The time is coming."

Trump also said that the situation would end "very soon," without elaborating on what he meant by possible action against Iran.
