Trump: "Either we make a deal, or maybe we blow them up."

On Wednesday, September 30 (October 8), US President Donald Trump, in response to a question about the possibility of an agreement with the Islamic Republic, said: "Maybe we'll blow them up."

While stating that the US must decide between a ground attack and an agreement with Tehran, he said: "The time is coming."

He emphasized that the situation will end "very soon", but did not elaborate on what he meant by potential action against Iran.

Trump made the remarks at the White House during his speech marking the end of the US military mission in Iraq.

In another part of his speech about Iran, the US President said: "We are facing a country that is almost destroyed. Their economy is not in good shape."

He also claimed that Iran's navy, air force, and air defense equipment have been destroyed.

Trump went on to say: "You will soon witness very important events."
