Donald Trump, President of the United States of America, in a post on the Truth Social social network, denied Axios' report that the United States is ready to give Iran "sanctions relief" and release the country's blocked assets in exchange for Iran taking specific steps related to its nuclear program.

Trump wrote in his message: "Axius has just published a report that claims that Trump has given Iran an offer to reduce sanctions and release blocked financial resources. Such a thing is not true. I didn't offer them anything!"

In another part of his message, the American president added: "The Axios report, like most other reports, is a hoax and a lie published only to satisfy the "Trump madness syndrome". They must withdraw this fake report immediately!” The Axios report states that the American offer to Iran is presented in a situation where "Qatari and Pakistani mediators are again trying to reach an agreement between the two warring countries this week."
