Mike Waltz, the United States ambassador to the United Nations, announced that 146 countries have banned Iran's attacks on civilian ships in the Strait of Hormuz in an "unprecedented" step.

On Saturday, in an interview with the "Fox News Live" program, Waltz condemned Iran for violating the memorandum of understanding and ground attack on civilian ships and said: "You cannot attack the bottom of civilian ships or shoot down passenger planes just because you are in the middle of some kind of conflict." After the implementation of air sanctions against Iranian companies and the suspension of Iranian flights in some countries, Mohsen Razai, the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Salami Republic, threatened the neighboring countries that if they cooperated with America, "their airports will not be able to fly."
