🔶 Nagoya Asian Games; The brilliance of the Iranian rowers in rowing

As part of the Nagoya 2026 Asian Games, which will be held in Japan, Iranian women's rowers managed to win two gold medals and one silver medal on Thursday, September 24 (October 2), elevating the Iranian sports team to fifth place in the table.

In the finals of the rowing competition held on Thursday, Zeinab Nowrozi and Kimia Zarai won the gold medal in the women's light weight pairs division, making it six. Fate Majalal also won the gold medal in the women's lightweight singles final.

In the 4 women's final, the Iranian team participated in the combination of Mahsa Javar, Saha Fakhri, Saki Maleki and Nagma Gayab and finally won the silver medal.

Chinese women ranked first and won the gold medal. The third place and the bronze medal went to Chinese women.
