According to the flight tracking data of the website Flytradar24, a Mahan Airlines flight that took off from Tehran landed in the city of Guangzhou in China.

This flight was made on September 23 (October 1) and at a time when Washington had previously threatened that on that day it would suspend the operations of Iranian airlines and punish any company or country that trades with Iranian airlines.

Earlier, the US Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessant, warned that any country that provides landing services for Iranian planes will be removed from the dollar system.

However, investigations indicated that this flight was not listed on the official website of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. At the same time, the website of the airport known as "Imam Khomeini" in Tehran indicates that some foreign flights are still operating to some other destinations such as Najaf, Izmir and Istanbul.
