Pakistan's interior minister went to Tehran to talk about mediation

Pakistan's Interior Minister Mohsen Naqvi arrived in Tehran on Sunday the 30th of Shahrivar (September 20) and was welcomed by Iran's Interior Minister Iskandar Momani.

According to the report of the local media of Iran, a discussion on the bilateral relations and the examination of the terms of the agreements signed earlier between the senior officials of the two countries was announced as one of the axes of this journey.

At the same time, Al-Jazeera reported, citing a source in Pakistan's Ministry of Interior, that Naqvi's trip to Tehran was intended to consult on mediation efforts and ways to end the impasse.
