"I am Najama Amini, 23 years old, from the Mashhad Central Prison, I am leaving you this message on September 27, 1405." The released audio file of a prisoner begins with this sentence.

In this audio file he says that on the 25th in Sharivar he was sentenced to death in Criminal Branch Six of the Revolutionary Court of Mashhad "by the decision of Judge Asan".

In this case, he emphasizes his innocence and asks lawyers and human rights activists to investigate his case and monitor his situation.

At the end of his message he says: "Remember my name. I may not be able to speak anymore, but as long as I'm alive, I have one hope; to see a prosperous and free Iran before the rope is the end of my life." Hours after the publication of this audio file, the Fars Security Agency, which is close to the Revolutionary Guards, while confirming that a man named Najama Amini is imprisoned in Mashhad Prison, denied that he had been sentenced to death and wrote, according to an "informed source", "No final sentence has been given to this defendant and the court has not yet announced its opinion on this case."
