The Pentagon: The cost of the war with Iran reached 43.6 billion dollars

The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced in a report to the National Security Committees of Congress that the cost of the war with Iran had reached 43 billion 600 million dollars by September 3.

This figure does not include the cost of repairing American bases in the Middle East that were damaged or destroyed by Iran's attacks, and the actual cost of the war is probably higher.

The Pentagon has estimated that at least $28 billion has been spent on munitions, including defense interceptor bombs and missiles, since the start of the US strikes on February 28, 2026. The US Air Force has also spent $6.6 billion, the Navy $2.2 billion and the Army $1.6 billion.
