🔶 Khativ from the Friday prayer in Tehran ruled out negotiations with America until "the fulfillment of Khamenei's conditions".

Mohammad Javad Haj Aliakbari, preacher of Friday prayers in Tehran on September 27, called the situation of Iran's military "good" and said that until all the conditions announced by Mujtaba Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic, are not met, negotiations with America are out of the question.

According to Tasnim, he spoke of the "absolute nobility of the fighters on the battlefield" and added that the administration of the Salami Republic in the Strait of Hormuz says that "no one" can pass through this waterway without Iran's permission.

Haj Aliakbari claimed: "The enemy begged and sent a mediator [for negotiations]."

He also called the Houthis' control of Yemen's Strait of Belmandab a "dream come true". In the 10-point plan attributed to Mujtaba Khamenei, the terms of the negotiations with the US include a controlled crossing of the Strait of Hormuz in coordination with the Iranian armed forces, the end of the war against Iran's proxy forces, the withdrawal of American combat forces from the region and full payment of the war damages in Iran.
