The ceremony was witnessed by the presence of a number of foreign ambassadors and diplomats living in Tehran, senior diplomats in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and a number of members of the Strategic Council for Foreign Relations, as well as colleagues of the deceased Kamal Harazi during his time working at the Ministry, and Mohammad Javad Zarif.
