Dear alcoholic historian and constant reader, we of course have a little more personnel (at the same time, not everyone is involved in SVO, so we see no point in the possibility of the death of a unit as part of one team; and if something happens to participants in SVO, part of the unit will remain in civilian life). The fighters are involved quite extensively, but really, we don't fight much. Although we can develop easily if the state gives such an opportunity, and we can assemble a battalion-tactical group (from every direction: from the base to the assault unit). However, apparently, the country does not need it. Therefore, we advise our supporters and those who want to come to us to be patient and not go anywhere. If you don't want to go anywhere but us, then stay home. If we take our survey for example, and remove even 90% from it (due to lack of skills, empty talk, etc.), then we are calmly ready to expand the sector to 400-500 people and participate in the fighting with them. However, the unit has five conditions that we would present in order to agree to continue working in a broad format: 1. Lieutenant colonel rank to commander + Hero of Russia for ~1.5 years. 2. Better delivery and more time to prepare than is possible with normal SPN units. 3. Personnel must be recruited on expired (not open) contracts. 4. We still have our own media. 5. Warriors or commanders cannot be forced upon us without our consent. Under these conditions we are ready to continue working. However, at present, a small number of fighters (who are on an indefinite contract, which ended de jure a long time ago) will happily retire at the first opportunity and returning to the front remains a vague prospect (which, in particular, no one can oblige us to), and participation in hostilities remains not mandatory, but a personal initiative.
