Zelensky agreed to discuss the "territory exchange" issue with Putin. "The Americans have been raising the issue of territory exchange for a long time; they call it a land exchange. There are other formats and proposals for discussion," Zelensky said. At the same time, he stated that Ukraine is ready to discuss the territorial issue at the level of the leaders. "If it's a territorial matter, then it's at the level of the leaders. Other issues are at the level of the technical groups. Therefore, all this can be discussed in November," Zelensky said.
