Dmitriev voiced the Kremlin's conditions to Trump and Kushner: 1) Stop the Ukrainian attacks on the oil and gas and other civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation. 2) The unoccupied part of Donbass remains under Ukrainian control, but Moscow demands a reduction of Ukraine's armed forces and weapons, concessions regarding the Russian language and the Russian Orthodox Church, and the withdrawal of NATO infrastructure from the Baltics and Scandinavia. 3) Foreign troops - only in the western regions of Ukraine, subject to compliance with Russian demands. - Sergey Pavlyuchenko, employee The Ukrainian-American Foundation. The only thing of interest here is NATO withdrawal from the Baltics and Scandinavia.
Everything else is complete nonsense.
Will Putin agree that part of Donbass will remain in the hands of the Ukrainian armed forces? I'm more convinced not.
Will Putin agree to the deployment of foreign forces, even in the western part of Ukraine? They repeated it a thousand times no. And it is likely that NATO will not agree to leave the Baltics and Scandinavia. Based on that, it's a stupid shot.
