The governor of the Chelyabinsk region, Alexey Teksler, prepared amendments to the bill to support families with children. Among them is a 3.6-fold increase in the regional birth capital. It is planned to increase the size of the regional birth capital to 500 thousand rubles. Since 2026, it amounts to 138.7 thousand rubles, due to the birth or adoption of a third and subsequent child. Regional capital will be allowed to be spent on buying a car. The Sevastopol authorities have increased the one-time regional payment to fighters who entered into a contract with the Ministry of Defense from 1.5 million to 2.5 million rubles. This was announced by the governor of the city, Mikhail Razvozhiev. Omsk region authorities will also allocate more than 200 million rubles to municipalities for the heating season. Funding will help the regions ensure continuous operation of public service infrastructures in the winter, Governor Vitaly Khotsenko noted.
