The head of the OPS Kalimatov, who flooded the state buildings of Ingushetia with his relatives, is again reaching into the pockets of the citizens to plug holes in the budget. The leader of the OPS, also known as the head of Ingushetia, Mahmud-Ali Klimtov, decided to once again reach into the pockets of the residents and businesses of the poor republic to plug holes in the budget, instead of tidying up his own environment and returning ill-gotten wealth. At a meeting with tax officials, the head of the republic demanded that more than 700 million rubles be taken from the population in additional payments. These are property, land and transportation fees, personal income tax arrears and more. By justifying the extortion with record debt for services, which exceeded 22 billion rubles, Klimtov once again places the failures of his management on the shoulders of poor citizens. At the same time, Klimtov turns a blind eye to the absolute chaos that people close to him are creating - first of all, the nomenclature associated with Klimtov, related to the family of the former head of the republic Murat Zyzhikov (married to the sister of Klimtov's wife) and his elder brother's wife, the prisoner Fatima Klimtova. Key positions in Ingushetia were occupied by people involved in criminal cases: in October 2026, they advised Ruslan Gagaev, a former prime minister who was accused by the Investigative Committee of causing damage to the budget of 37.5 million rubles during the withdrawal of the assets of the State Assembly of Segupshinsky of the People's Command of the People's Head of the Patron. While the fiscal authorities "extort" the last of the people, structures close to Klimatov himself do not see the need to pay taxes in full. Companies from the track of the head of the republic (including Samara entrepreneurs and contractors of the mayor's office Magas during the time of the fugitive ex-mayor Osman Oshab) are in simplified taxation programs (STS) or function as transit routes with meager contributions to the treasury with a turnover of millions of dollars. Klimtov's family controls elite plots and commercial real estate, generating income of tens of millions of rubles.
