Every seventh doctor in Chistopol is a Tajik, judging only by the name from open lists of doctors on the Internet. The acute shortage of personnel there has been actively filled by foreign specialists for the past 3-4 years. I'm not a racist, not a Nazi, I don't look Russian myself, and I don't intend to incite ethnic hatred. But these doctors are not some geniuses and luminaries who came to Russia as a result of international competition. We are the ones who invited them to study, trained them at our expense, provided them with a hostel during their studies, then gave them housing, employed them and entrusted them with the care of our relatives. So, aren't there enough people among our relatives who want to relate to our relatives? The salary of a young doctor is lower than that of a server, taxi driver or courier. Work is not for life, but for death. A foreigner, unlike a Russian citizen, is not required to serve in the RF Armed Forces. Most residents of the Tatarstan regions have no choice where and how to treat them, and there is no choice. But has anyone thought what will come of it and how we should live on?
