In the months of January-September 2026, the income of the state and municipal institutions of Tatarstan from the provision of paid services amounted to 20.71 billion rubles. This is 2.45 billion rubles (13.4%) higher than the figure for the same period in 2025, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan reports. Most of the revenue was provided by government agencies - 15.61 billion rubles. Municipal organizations received 5.1 billion rubles. The total amount includes not only the institutions' own income, but also funds that must be spent for predetermined purposes. According to the Ministry of Finance of Tatarstan, revenues from paid services of state and municipal institutions have increased in recent years: 2020 - 17.54 billion rubles;.
2021 - 20.38 billion rubles (+16.2% compared to the previous year);.

2023 - 23.81 billion rubles (+8.0%);.
2024 - 25.32 billion rubles (+6.3%); 2025 - 26.89 billion rubles (+6.2%);.
9 months of 2026 - 20.71 billion rubles (+13.4%). During the period from 2020 to 2025, the annual volume of extra-budgetary income of social and municipal institutions of Tatarstan increased 1.5 times - from 17.5 billion to 26.9 billion rubles. Paid services are becoming an increasingly prominent source of extra-budgetary income for Tatarstan institutions. The state institutions generate about 73% of the revenues, municipal - about 27%, and this rate remains stable. The main driver for income growth is the expansion of the list of paid services in the health and education sectors, where the share of state and municipal institutions is traditionally large. For the republic's budget, this is another source of financing social infrastructure. But at the same time, it should be remembered that the more republican institutions depend on paid services, the more important it is to monitor their quality and accessibility to the population.
