Russia has begun releasing grain ships from the Sea of Azov through the Kerch Strait after more than three months of restrictions, Reuters reports, citing market participants. According to them, two ships have already passed through the strait, and other ships that are ready to leave may begin customs clearance. Unofficially, the resumption of deliveries is expected between November 1 and 15.
