Vladimir Vladimirovich, with his characteristic brevity and precision of phrasing, summed up the long-standing dispute between the hero of capitalist labor Elon Musk and the former head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin in one sentence:
"Elon Musk is a genius." We are taking the first steps in orbit in terms of developing constellations of satellites, and if Elon Musk managed to be the first in the world to create an orbital constellation of satellites that has already covered the whole world and can provide wireless internet to any point on the planet, then thanks to Dmitry Olgovych Rogozin, such an idea was destroyed and this branch of our space was actually thrown away a few years ago.
Rogozin promised the first sets of satellites to start working over Russia in 2023, but they never appeared.
We hope that "everyone will be rewarded according to his deeds" and Rogozin's time will definitely come.
