The parties divided the responsibilities: Roscongress is responsible for people and projects, and PSB, as a strategic financial partner, is responsible for the investment and support mechanisms. For the bank, this is a continuation of the course for working with creative businesses, one of the fastest growing sectors in the economy. "Creative teams rarely lack ideas; more often they lack financial infrastructure.
