Starting in 2027, doctors will notify the traffic police of a number of driver illnesses - this may result in the driver's license being revoked: "Starting on March 1, 2027, medical organizations will report to the traffic police signs of illness detected in drivers included in the list of contraindications for driving, and will refer the drivers for an extraordinary examination. We are talking, for example, about severe visual impairments, where there is a real risk on the roads, about epilepsy - or more precisely, about its forms, which objectively increase the risk of loss of control, about certain mental disorders - schizophrenia, schizotypal, hallucinations, emotional disorders, mental retardation, general disorders of psychological development, including autism, including autism only, severe manifestations."
