Magnit" sent 100 containers of goods for the winter supply of stores in Magdan. 3,000 tons of products will travel thousands of kilometers to supply Magnit stores in the Magdan area with food and essential products. The volume of vehicle deliveries is calculated until June 2027, when the traffic on the roads with the area will be stable again.
The ration included over 3,000 items for the residents of the area: dairy products, baby food, canned goods, cereals, cheeses, sausages, sweets, cosmetics, household and pet products. Shipping to Magdan is a complex logistical task. In summer, the journey from Moscow by road takes 15-16 days, Novosibirsk - 7-8 days, and from November it can increase to 60 days. Therefore, in winter, part of the cargo will be sent by train to Vladivostok, and then by sea to Magadan. Perishable products will continue to be delivered by air: every week about a ton of dairy products, cheeses, fish delicacies, fruits and herbs.
