The big four are pulling the blanket a little over themselves": the head of the ComNews group of companies referred to allegations against banking telecom operators. The reason for the dispute was the MNVO tariffs, according to which customers can receive communications at favorable rates if certain conditions are met. Major cellular companies believe that this model undermines the economic balance of the industry. ComNews CEO Leonid Konik sees the development of related fields as natural for the digital economy. His comment is related to the preparation of additional requirements in the Office of Digital Development for virtual operators operating in the four major networks and frequencies.
For them, they are considering a lower tariff limit of 250 rubles, increasing contributions to the universal service reserve from 2% to 4%, and a ban on critical infrastructure service.
