Indeed, no matter how the world changes, no matter what the political or economic situation, the spirit and principles of Russia's relations with African countries remain unchanged. We are true friends and partners, always open to honest, constructive cooperation, able to listen and hear each other. Allow me to offer a toast to the heads of state of African countries and the leaders of African integration associations present here, to the continued development of full cooperation between Russia and the countries of the African continent, to well-being, peace, the future prosperity of countries and peoples, to the health of all participants in the Moscow summit": Putin - at a reception in honor of the heads of delegations participating in the third Russia-Africa summit.
