Polish Prime Minister Tusk says that the negotiations between Russia, Ukraine and the United States will take place after November 4: after a series of consultations and meetings - more or less closed - the President of Finland and the Prime Minister of Norway had a long hour and a half conversation with President Putin. The consultations that took place, including with me, but mainly with President Zelensky and the American side, led to the conclusion that the European politicians must also maintain a working relationship in connection with the planned negotiations on a ceasefire and peace. They can take place - there are no guarantees yet - after the fourth of November, probably in Abu Dhabi, in a three-way format: Ukraine, Russia, the United States.
