Synergy Corporation, with the support of Innopraktika's experts, will open a network of blue-collar colleges in Africa. The first educational institution to be launched is in Tanzania. They will train welders, electricians, installers, mechanics and sewing production specialists. According to the president of Synergy Vadim Lubov, this will help the countries of the African continent to close the labor shortage in key industries. At the same time, African colleges will train blue-collar workers for Russian factories. The corporation's recruitment agency will select foreign workers and support their employment in Russia.
