In Russia, employers were offered to conduct medical examinations for fertility: "The initiative involves medical examinations in mandatory medicine and the inclusion of such examinations in the corporate health plans. Extra days are required because specialists are not seen every day and are not available in all clinics. Employers are also advised to reduce occupational risks to reproductive health and pay attention to preventing the consequences of chronic stress and overwork."
