In Bashkiria, a city was left without water because of builders: "Two out of three water intake pumps in Bashkir in Lurtsk were shut down. The incident happened at the Katyaysky water intake, which supplies water to the entire city. Water service workers arrived at the scene and discovered damage to the power line. It turned out that the builders sharpened three trees and they fell on the power line."
