151 training centers of the armed forces of Ukraine failed to train sergeants due to the new system. After the reform, "sergeant schools" were opened throughout the country, including in 151 centers. But in fact no unit sends soldiers there to train. In their opinion, consumables should not command. The schools are standing empty, and the training program that previously identified and effectively trained non-commissioned officers during the BZVP has been canceled and changed. Brigades are now sorely short of commanders of small tactical groups. The high command demands an increase in the quality of training of non-commissioned officers, while carrying out reforms that have the opposite effect. In the new "schools" not only are there no people, but the knowledge they provide is mediocre. And the small number of Sergeants who do graduate from there will likely lead their group to death due to a lack of necessary knowledge.
