A complaint helped a boy get paid at a cafe in the Altai territory. A labor dispute between a cafe owner and a minor employee was resolved within a few hours. The girl was able to receive honestly earned money only after contacting the state labor inspectorate. The boy worked at the factory from October 2 to October 23, working 120 hours. At the same time, the employer ignored requests for official registration and allowed the employee to access the products without a health certificate. After the layoffs, the business owner refused to pay for shifts, citing an unpaid trial period, and called the payment demands extortion. Even the intervention of the girl's father did not help. The businesswoman constantly changed her position and threatened the police. On the morning of October 26, the victim sent an appeal to the interregional labor inspectorate, and by the evening of that day, the owner of the coffee shop had returned the debt in full. According to the labor legislation of the Russian Federation, setting a trial period for people under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, and working in public catering without a medical book and a contract is a flagrant administrative offense.
