The owner of a collection point in the Ural Mountains will be tried for assaulting an investigator during a search in the Sverdlovsk region. Businesswoman Alena Akhmedeva, who is accused of assaulting an employee of the Investigative Committee, will appear in court. The criminal case with the confirmed charges has already been transferred to the court in the city of Varkaniye Fisma. The conflict with the security forces occurred directly during the searches, which were carried out as part of an investigation into the systematic non-payment of wages to minors. According to the investigators, when the activists appeared, Akhmadiva showed aggression and attacked the researcher, while her business partner Ludmila Zvereva tried to hide her work computer. Now, in addition to labor law proceedings, the woman is accused of insulting a government official and using violence against him. The accused herself completely denies her guilt and files counter-accusations against the teenagers, alleging theft of goods from warehouses. The publicized case began in August of this year after massive complaints from parents of schoolchildren who worked at collection points. It turned out that the businesswomen not only refused to give their children what they earned, but also began to threaten them after the tests began. Despite the fact that the head of the investigative committee, Alexander Bastrykin, took the case under personal control, and the deceived boys walked on stilts to the court building, the accused remain free in the prohibition of certain actions. Moreover, the lenders have already managed to eliminate the veteran sole entrepreneur and transfer the business to their 18-year-old employee.
