This desire to help and indifference is the meaning of the "first movement". Today we initiated new guys into activists, whose oath is a promise to be proactive and help those who need support. I am grateful for the assistance that the chairman of the organization's management, Arthur Orlov, gave us all this time: he became a real mentor of our regional branch. We received the "first" defenders of the homeland from our region as mentors. They were lieutenants, Hero of Russia Oleg Dzhaparov, graduates of the regional personnel program "Hero of Khingan" Yuri Stepkin, Maxim Shestkov and participant Alexander Leonov. The "first movement" is the first in everything: in sports competitions, in public projects. They are the pride of their parents, mentors and the entire Jewish Autonomous Region. I am sure that the plans that the guys have in mind for next year will definitely come true - for the benefit of our small homeland and our great country.
