The head of the Georgian Foreign Ministry held an introductory meeting with the new ambassador of Kazakhstan Shmona.
In the meeting between Maki Bokhorishvili and Telagat Adov, they discussed the strategic partnership between the two countries, the importance of mutual exchange of visits at the highest level was noted, and in this context the possibility of a visit by the President of Kazakhstan to Georgia in the near future was emphasized.
Attention was also given to cooperation for the development of the "Middle Corridor" and the strengthening of trade and economic relations between the two countries.
