Each country's budget is the most concentrated, clear and complete expression of its policies and real priorities and intentions, not just the declared ones. Yes, of course, not all activities involve spending money or raising money. But no matter what the state does, it is reflected in the budget one way or another: the salary of the officials is reflected in the budget, the investments are reflected in the budget. The historical time and the possibilities for the existence of the liberal socio-economic model created on the ruins of the Soviet Union, i.e. focused on serving the interests of financial speculators (due to the suppression of the real sector and the peoples as a whole), have long been exhausted. The interests of the simple survival of Russia and Russian civilization absolutely demand a radical change of this model. But for the new generation of officials it will turn out to be unquestionable, self-evident and the only possible one, which we see in the draft budget.
