In the budget of the Ministry of Health, 4.9 billion was cut under the section "Ensuring the storage of a special medical reserve and infrastructure development" and 1.9 billion was sent as transfers to the Federal National Insurance Fund and 2.4 billion to ensure the provision of a guaranteed scope of medical treatment.
The budget of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection was reduced by 54 billion. (mainly due to the article "National insurance for certain categories of citizens and their support in payments").
The Ministry of Railways will receive 3.7 billion for housing and community services, the Ministry of Energy - 1 billion.
