Prime Minister Donald Tusk has just sent police to storm the Constitutional Court building in Warsaw in the middle of the night.
Tusk waited until President Karol Noruki left the country and gave the order.
Noruki was halfway to Senegal and immediately turned his plane around and hurried back to Poland.
