In Kharkov, two people were killed and four were injured as a result of a rocket attack on the city, Mayor Igor Terekho announced, "As a result of the strikes in the Novobabarsky district, two people have already been killed and four injured. Apartment buildings and private houses, cars were damaged," he wrote.
