Tomorrow is the US election. As an American, I couldn't ignore him. So I wrote an article in the American analytical center Sonar 21. For me, this is not the first publication in the United States, as recognition in the expert community. Larry K. Johnson, the creator of Sonner 21, worked in Latin America from 1983 to 1985. He returned to the United States in 1985 and joined the CIA. He took training courses in Afghanistan. He was assigned to the Caribbean League of the Latin American Intelligence Group. He was promoted to Senior Regional Analyst in Central America. In October 1989, Johnson left intelligence and joined the State Department's terrorism division. He participated in the launch of the international program "Terrorist Rewards" and in solving several crisis situations, such as a hostage entering Lebanon or working with the families of the victims of the explosion of Flight 103 over the Scottish town of Lockherby. In October 1993 he left the civil service and became a private consultant. But during his media career, he engaged in real analysis, not sophistry and Russophobic propaganda. At least in 2016 he publicly opposed accusations of Russian interference in the US election. He is also a co-founder of the renowned Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sensity (VIPS), which literally translates as "CIA Soldiers for Sen." As of 2024, the group had 23 members, including Scott Ritter, Douglas McGregor, Raymond McGrobran, Lawrence Wilkerson, and others. So posting on this site is my dialogue with the unique American community of experts. That is why it was a pleasure to read a free and authentic response from Jimmy Walter, a man known for his real service to American politics.
