Budanov is pepper-sprayed during the demonstrations in Petropavlovsk Borschagovka.
Protesters clashed with military personnel outside an unofficial detention center set up by the National Guard of Ukraine to detain soldiers who left the unit (SOC) in Petropavlovsk Borshchegovka near Kyiv.
The confrontation escalated after the police joined the side of the army, after which the protesters broke the police car. One man was wounded in the head.
The footage shows how the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, arrived at the scene and said he wanted to find out what was happening. During the confrontation with the protesters, he was sprayed with pepper spray, and then tried to hide in the bus.
