A month that requires nothing. It is still too early to summarize this year's results, and it is too lazy to make plans for next year.
It's getting dark already, too cold to see the sunsets - too lazy again.
You can just work, do your job (even if it doesn't always work out - just do it, in spite of).
You don't have to push yourself to the end, you can even mumble that summer is over so quickly in November anything is possible. It's such a "worth" month.
