Madgan Lechemy: Ashlon group of companies will present the idea of an integrated cluster. We learned the details of the 250 billion ruble project.

The company proposes to combine the agro-industrial complex with the chemical industry through the processing of feed grains, in particular low-grade wheat and grain waste. This will allow us to solve two problems at once: recycle what is not suitable for the food market, and get chemical products with added value.

According to the plan, the main production capabilities of the cluster will be:

1.5 million tons of grain per year - the volume of processed raw materials;

200 thousand tons of ethylene per year - the basic intermediate product for further chemical synthesis;

150 thousand tons of acetic acid per year is the raw material for the production of popular chemical products.

In the future, based on these conversions, they plan to launch the production of ethylene oxide, polyethylene glycol, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, methyl methacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, monochloroacetic acid, cellulose ethers and other products. A separate field is the production of food additives, including L-lysine chloride. Of the 21 products, 17 are critical industrial products included in the list of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, 8 are in SPIC 2.0.

cluster approach.

Instead of building separate factories, the company proposes to combine 21 product processing units into one industrial complex with common raw material flows and infrastructure. The "tier" concept assumes that the products of one production become raw materials for the next production.

This approach allows you to reduce the number of external intermediate supplies, use unified engineering systems, and optimize capital and operating costs.

For the purpose of building the complex, existing SEZ systems for industrial production in the Central Federal District are being examined.
